
Mentoring is an age old practice and plays a positive role in the wider community. From youth to sports and business the impact that effective mentoring provides is valuable in terms of personal growth and output to both the Mentor and the Mentee.
Retailworld, in our commitment to positioning retail as a career of choice has identified the opportunity to launch an industry specific mentoring program. We are well placed to connect aspiring industry potentials with credible seasoned professionals.
We have developed a framework that guides both parties through a one year mentoring relationship,
Retailworld facilitates the connection. This will include providing mentors with an outline of the program, initial screening potential Mentees and the match!
We profile the mentoring program on our website and along the way we send some update emails to both parties and at the end of year invite Mentors and Mentees to a small informal function.
