This is no laid back holiday role, it’s hot and remote and it’s for a serious professional! An organised and engaged Sous Chef who loves what they do and takes pride in the high standards of food that leaves their kitchen.
You have a fantastic attitude, infinite patience with your brigade and take pleasure in being a mentor. With your sound experience in cost control, stock take, ordering, HACCP & OH&S you’ll work closely with your Head and Executive Chefs to maintain the high standards.
This is a resort with 200 + rooms two restaurants so quality hotel experience is mandatory!
