The role of Financial Controller will be an interesting and varied role. You will be part of this stunning Canberra Boutique 5* hotel's management team. The company and people are dynamic, innovative and the property is multi-award winning. This is a role that will really suit you if you can be adaptable to change, think quickly on your feet and be more organised than Mary Poppins herself!  

In this 360 role, you will look after;

  • Financial control
  • Payroll
  • Accounts payable/receivable 
  • Invoicing
  • Management of cash flow
  • Maintaining relationships
  • Financial analysis and budgeting.  
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone that ideally have 5+ years experience in hotels. You will have tertiary qualifications in Accounting or similar. The ability to manage a team a cohesively . You will highly organised and experienced in managing multiple deadlines.  It would be advantageous if you were familiar with Xero , Zambion , Micros and Opera.
