Running a high performing casual dining restaurant you will be a leader unfazed by multi tasking in demanding environments, and trouble shooting on the spot.

Skills & experience
- Previous Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager, Store Manager or Multi Site Manager experience in a fast paced hospitality environment
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Hands on leader - if you don't role up your sleeves during service and lead from the front then don't bother applying..
