You will be responsible for the operations and menu of this busy kitchen which operates every day for lunch, dinner and is a popular function venue. This restaurant is well-known in Sydney and has been around for close to 15 years. The menu is a collaboration of Australia meets Asia but as their newest Head Chef, you will have control over where the menu will go.
There is a team of approximately 15 in the brigade that you will be responsible for and it’s a role where you can be very influential. The team are well established and it’s a strong culture that will need to be continued by the next leader.
It’s essential that you have a strong food philosophy and focus on FRESH. You will be creative, passionate and a master at your craft.
