You don't mind stepping into BOH duties when required but essentially - you're a hands on Chef that became one to cook beautiful food that you're proud of!
My client is a renowned player in the local hospitality market seeking a talented and versatile Sous Chef to join the team that loves great quality produce, superior customer service and being BUSY!!!!!

Working alongside the Head Chef you will be an integral cog in a VERY big wheel, on occasion stepping into some BOH duties such as ordering and stocktake but, essentially this is a hands on role where you will be leading a busy brigade of up to 12 on shift, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork - Quality driven- if it's not up to standard it doesn't leave the pass...
